Event Waiver
When checking in with your ticket, you will be required to sign a waiver. You may print the waiver ahead of time, fill it out digitally and send the saved PDF document to chewbacazoo@gmail.com or you may fill it out in person. If you are a chaperon for a minor, please have the legal guardian fill out this form before the child arrives.
